Release Blitz: Two Guys by LP Lovell & Stevie J. Cole

Book #2 in The Game Series

By LP Lovell & Stevie J Cole

Down the rabbit hole I fall. I had expectations, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I'm confused and lost in this game they're playing. Preston and Tobias. I want them. I crave them, and I shouldn't, because I am nothing more than a rich man's toy.

One contract.

Two guys.

Three players.

Four strikes.

Five rules.

Six figures.

Seven days.

No safe words.

Are you game?

Two Guys continues us where we left off in book 1, with Ella just as confused by what's to come from these two men she's made this unusual agreement with.

Though Preston and Tobias assure Ella often that everything they do has a purpose, thus evasively saying there is some sort of grander plan at play, it really left me guessing as to what the reasons were and just what would come next.

Things get hotter between these three as the book progresses leaving me to wonder what the end game is and just how these two know so much about Ella and her past.

Game Two brings so many questions to mind, and since Ella can't ask them, I as the reader am left floundering with them as well.  I'm enjoying the intrigue of this series, how with each book I'm given more glimpses into this 'game' and how it's playing out, but ultimately I'm as in the unknown as Ella is.

I love that Preston and Tobias come off as different personalities but they are the same in one thing, their craving for making Ella do anything they want. They truly relish their game and all of the effort put into it.  And even in their secrets, even with the questions running a mile a minute through my brain - I still feel sucked in, drawn to these two men to finding out more about who they are and why they do what they do.

But even as I'm enamored by Preston and Tobias, I'm also with Ella wondering if the price is worth the prize.  Is playing this game, never knowing what to expect or the reasons why worth the money in the end? And more importantly - will things ever be the same at the end of the week?

Book 2 has left me anxiously awaiting book 3, a desperate need to know what is going to come next, what the next game will be and how much more amped up it will make the story.

Stevie J. Cole lives deep in the woods of Alabama with her husband and two precious daughters. She studied Epidemiology concentrating on cancer research but has always had a passion for writing. Some of her stories will strip you bare, some will give you nightmares, but the one thing she can promise is that she will always give you stories that make you feel.

Raw. Gritty. Love.
Because sometimes characters need to be flawed.

P.S. Stevie's greatest fear is the impending zombie apocalypse. Think about it: swarming armies of decaying, oozing corpses stumbling around with clicking teeth, trying to eat your face. Nothing about that is good. NOTHING!
