It’s the start of nothing good. I fired off a storm of raunchy text messages…to the wrong number. And he replied. Him: Show me a picture. Him: Tell me your name. Why does the lure of anonymity have me craving to indulge a stranger? It’s the start of everything right. I received a slew of text messages…when everything in my life was wrong. And she made me laugh again. Her: You’re probably a creeper. Her: Possibly a stalker. Why do I have the overwhelming need to find this stranger who saved me and make her mine? Him: Take a chance with me. Her: This is crazy. Him: I need to see you. Her: What are we doing? Him: We’re about to find out. Her: PHOTO ATTACHED Him: PHOTO ATTACHED

I adored the seamless blend of romance and humor in Text 2 Lovers by this duo, and I fell in love with all of the characters, so it was a no brainer that I had to read Hate 2 Lovers.  It was of course, as expected, amazingly written.

Told in dual POV, we get to see the train wreck (ha!) that is the blooming relationship between Roman and Andie.  Okay so maybe train wreck isn't the exact right word for it, but well you have to read to get what I mean.  This story is a hate to love book, with a few twists and turns of course.

Roman was such a good guy - truly - He was more than I expected at first and I loved the way he handled Andie - he knew she had her qualms and her issues and she was maybe slightly insane at times, but he was willing to look past it all, looking at the end game - that would be winning her over and being an amazing father to their child.  He was in it to win it and I loved that he really pulled out all the stops - and that he also had a kind of knowledge of what she needed.

Andie was a little bit of a wild card, meaning I never knew just what to expect from her - sort of like her wavering emotions during pregnancy.  But I also understood her on a deeper level and even when I wanted to smack some sense into her, I also understood that she wasn't vindictive really, she'd been hurt and had built walls to protect herself, some walls I think even she didn't know she'd developed.

I loved the twists and turns this book took me on, the ups and the downs, ranging emotions and dragging me deeper into the heart of the story - the amazing love story developing between these two characters.  I loved the banter between these two, I loved the back and forth, push and pull, and more importantly I loved how it all flowed together leaving me waffling between my feelings and yet continuously craving more.

K. Webster and J.D. Hollyfield together write comedic gold! I cannot wait for more books in this series to see just what chaos is in store, because I'm so ready for it.
