REVIEW:

Text Me, Maybe is a quick read, but one that will keep you hooked.  When Matthew and Lexie meet, there was an instant attraction, a desire to know more about the other, but Lexie's been hurt in the past and isn't looking to be hurt again, she doesn't believe much in love anymore.  Matthew's got a deep curiousity when Lexie comes to mind, but he doesn't want to push to far.

When Lexie's boss, asks her to use her literary wiles to woo a man for her via text, Lexie agrees, not knowing who the man on the other end of the phone is.  Matthew figures out quickly that the woman he's really texting is far different from the woman he's supposed to be texting, and he uses it to get to know Lexie, all while keeping her in the dark.

I really enjoyed the set up of this book, and how it all came together. I couldn't put it down, wondering when the jig would be up and how Lexie would feel knowing she'd been texting Matthew and that he had prolonged it, in a bid to get her to open up some to him.  It was interesting to watch these two grow closer, with this secret between them, not knowing when it would come out. There was a distinct change in Lexie from the start of the book, she wasn't as tense about getting to know Matthew and starting something with him, in part, I beleive to the practice she had opening up more with her secret text partner.

Text Me, Maybe was a fun story, with wonderful characters that really kept my interest and had me making theories over what was coming.  It was funny at times, and also a little emotional.
