I never knew how perfect life could be until Blake Caster was finally mine. Chasing storms with her only doubles the passion and the rush, but as we travel down tornado alley at the start of the season, we run into more than our fair share of nonweather-related trouble. My past on the alley catches up to me in a bad way and with each captured storm, a wedge is driven between us. The harder I try to hold on to Blake, the faster she is slipping away. Add to that an unexpected call from her ex, new pressures from the reality show filming our every move, and a job offer Blake may not be able to pass up, and my perfect life is on the same chaotic path as the storms we chase. All I want to do is make her mine—forever—but one trip down tornado alley might be our last.

Edge of Bliss gives us the rest of the story for Blake and Dash. This season, they are starting the storm chasing together, and on more than their own cameras, as their show begins filming.   But more than Tornados are on the horizon for our couple, can they survive this storm season, or will it be their last?
Blake is doing a lot better, she's moving on with her life and has a greater understanding of what her past did to her and how it affects her even now.  But she's still vulnerable in ways, so when things creep up from Dash's past, its a little hard for her to come to grips with her feelings about it.
Dash doesn't regret his past in most ways, he knows he can't change it and it led him to Blake. What he does regret is the affect it has on her when its thrown in her face on their trek together through the alley.  But Dash also knows that he wants nothing more than to have forever with Blake, he just has to get her to that point with him.
Edge of Bliss is full of the thrill of the chase, dangerous storms, and emotions that spiral. There's a lot going on for not just Blake and Dash, but their entire team, with the show filiming and trying to keep in line with what producers want and doing what they know needs done as well.   I love that Molly Lee writes so vividly that you can feel the rain pouring on you, you can hear the wind howling and the ping of hail falling from the sky.  There's a rush of adrenaline when you picture being right there next to an active tornado with the characters and as that image forces a touch of worry into you.
I love that this story gives us a look at the rest of the story, it's a follow up but more than that it shows us how the relationship has grown and changed, but also that there's still work to be done. There are still fears and doubts, there are still things that can come between them, fights to be had, making up to do, and more.  This book brings to life the truth about relationships - falling in love is just the start of it all, and it takes more work on both parts to make it last.
Edge of Bliss is another wonderful addition to this series and another fine example of the depth of Lee's writing skills.  If you haven't started this series, what are you waiting for?
