Blurb

They call me Rage.
My real name is like a shadow, always close behind, but never quite able to catch up.
I fly under the radar because no one ever suspects I’m capable of the kind of brutal violence I commit each and every day.
You see, I’m a girl. I’m nineteen.
And I'm a killer.
This life is all I know. It s all I want to know. It keeps the s**t buried that I need kept buried. It allows me to live without thinking too much.
Without dwelling on the past.
Until him.
It all changes when an ordinary boy becomes my next target.
And my first love.
I have to choose.
The only life I ve ever known has to die, or he does.
Either way, I ll be the one pulling the trigger...
All the Rage is a STANDALONE

Prologue

It was once said that if you love someone enough you should let them go.  If they come back to you, they were always meant to be yours.
It's kind of bullshit.
My story was a little different than most.  I was a little different than most.
Because in my story, if you love someone enough, you should first drop the gun.

Review:

What I love about T.M. Frazier's books is that you NEVER know what to expect. Even if you think you have an idea of what's coming, you don't. There's no way to anticipate every twist and turn and even get close to what goes on in the story.

All the Rage is no different in that way, but it is unique in other ways. I LOVE Rage, I liked the glimpses of her in Soulless, and grew to love her even more in this book.

Rage knew all her life she was different, she knew what made her different and as a result she made moves within her life to be who she was, while trying not to let it show to those she cared about (namely her parents). She's satisfied with her life the way it is, loves what she does until she's on a case that somehow means more to her and causes her to think things over.

Rage lacks the component needed to have feelings, she doesn't grasp the full emotion of caring or happiness or sadness - she's just not wired that way. It doesn't make her inherently bad, it just is. I love that she's not apologetic about who she is and what she does, because it shows a strength that most probably wouldn't understand. I love how it all changes for Rage - how she finally finds something that stirs new thoughts in her.

Nolan is an amazing character too, so much more than you would have expected when you first discover Rage is watching him for information. There are untold depths to the young man, and something about him calls out to Rage. Frazier pulls out all sorts of twists with Nolan, and he turns out to be so much more than you'd guess. I loved the interactions between these two, because it was surprising and unique but ultimately it just worked, they just simply fit together.

Frazier has a way of pulling the reader into stories, and attaching them to characters so that they feel the story, but more than that, they care what happens to the characters. Better still, she makes you LOVE characters that in any other setting or story would be the villain, the bad guy, the one you should dislike above all. I love that I know before diving into a Frazier story that I'm going to be taken on a wild, twisty, ride that is going to thrill me while also making me feel and that I'm going to do it all without knowing at all what will hit me next.
