Wow! Reckoning sucked me into it's dark and twisty story from page one and held me captive as I devoured each and every word. Sometimes I cringed, sometimes I wanted to cry and/or hit something/someone but I also couldn't walk away. I needed to know what was coming next, I wanted to find answers, to watch Katya move through what was happening.
I found myself lost in the darkness, curious to know what painful thing would come next while equally hoping there'd be some light. I found myself holding my breath at times, but also pushing through because I just knew there was something more lurking and I needed all the pieces.
Elizabeth Knox has outdone herself with this story, with it's twists and turns, answers revealed and characters that did more than grab my attention - they held it and a piece of my heart. They twisted me every which way and left me in awe.
