Afternoon Delight is book two in this series and it's a second chance romance story full of delightful banter, hilarious moments, and deep, true feelings. The characters involved, Chelsea and Dean, had a whirlwind romance years ago that led to a rushed marriage, and then ended with divorce and a whole lot of hurt. Despite the pain, neither of them has ever really moved on or forgotten their connection, the love has never died, even if they did try to bury it.

When Dean enters Chelsea's life again, and he's determined to win her back, to prove to her their time apart has changed him and he can be the man she deserves now. Chelsea hasn't exactly been up front with Dean but I enjoyed watching as these two figured things out between them and let it all out.

Afternoon Delight is a quick, enjoyable read and it will leave you antsy for the next book in the series.
