More of You kicks off A.L. Jackson's latest series, Confessions of the Heart, with a second chance romance that will leave you wanting more. This book was filled with a suspenseful air that had me questioning everything, characters that tugged on my heart strings, and heavy emotions.

Last Faith had seen Jace was when he was breaking her heart, she watched him walk away vowing to never let him back in - but sometimes we make ourselves promises we have no hope of keeping. Ten years later, Faith is a widow, a mother, and an all together different woman but her connection to Jace is still there, whether she wants it or not. And things in Faith's life are complex at the moment.

Jace has only ever wanted and loved Faith, but he made a decision years ago to put her above himself as he felt he didn't deserve her. Now all these years later, Jace has a different goal in mind when it comes to Faith.

More of You sucked me in from the first page, it was a nicely paced story filled with emotional revelations, a touch of mystery and a lurking danger that had me questioning everything. The powerful chemistry between Jace and Faith is prominent even as they fight it. I loved the interactions between these two, the heartfelt realizations of what they've missed out on with each other and what they could have together if they can move on from the past hurt. With secrets from the past between them and a bigger history, there was a lot at stake if things didn't work out this time around, which only pulled me in further.
